Eskedar Getahun is a trusted coach and facilitator with over 15 years of experience working with public sector organizations. She is highly skilled at supporting individuals and organizations on their journeys to lead and operate in inclusive ways. She believes that team members at all levels in an organization should have access to the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively across teams and that the resources to support this growth should be equitably available to people at all levels in an organization. As a certified yoga instructor, Eskedar also enjoys creating spaces where all students can delve into the mind, body, and spirit connection, which she believes is integral to a connected and healthy lifestyle.

Eskedar creates supportive, heart-centered environments for individuals and groups to reach their self-defined goals, find common ground, and make a positive impact in the world. Services include the following, virtually or in person:

Leadership coaching in 1:1 or group settings
Team coaching for departments or groups that work regularly together
Facilitation for team meetings and retreats
Yoga instruction for individuals or in groups
